The Role
Job Title: Deputy Regional Maintenance Manager
Hours: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern:Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8am to 2:30pm
Are you passionate about using your skills in property maintenance and leadership to make a meaningful difference in the community?
Were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a background in property maintenance and some leadership exposure. Youll have a passion for making a difference and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing maintenance jobs and the team within the Gloucestershire area. You will act as support for the Regional Maintenance Manager, helping with monthly reporting, managing maintenance jobs in line with P3s service level agreements, and being accountable formaintaining a high standard of service and workmanship across the properties we manage. Youll also provide multi-skilled expertise within the relevant trade area offering a high-quality repairs and replacement service, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all.
A company van, tools, and workwear will be provided.
